This policy explains how SnapUpBargains (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit the US edition of snapupbargains.com.

What we collect

You do not need an account to use SnapUpBargains, and the only form on the site is the privacy request form at the bottom of this page. The information we handle is:

• Technical information: your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you visit, recorded in server and security logs by our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare).
• Cookies: small files that remember your region and help protect the site from bots. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
• Privacy requests: if you use the privacy request form, the name, email address and message you send us. To block spam, that page uses Cloudflare Turnstile and Google reCAPTCHA, which check your browser and device to confirm you are a person. They only load on the page with the form.

How we use it

We use this information to run the website, keep it secure, show you the right regional version of the site, and answer any privacy request you send us.

Affiliate links and retailers

Many links on our site go to retailers such as Amazon, sometimes through affiliate networks. When you click one, you leave our site and the retailer or network may record that you came from us so we can be credited for a qualifying purchase. We do not receive your name, address, payment details or order details. What happens on the retailer’s site is covered by that retailer’s own privacy policy.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We only share it with service providers who help us run the site, such as our web host and Cloudflare.

How long we keep it

Server and security logs are kept for a short period, normally no longer than 30 days, unless needed to investigate a security issue. Privacy requests and our replies are kept for up to two years, so we have a record of how each one was handled.

Your choices and rights

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Depending on the state you live in (for example California), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to delete or correct it, and to opt out of any sale or sharing. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, use the privacy request form below. We will reply within 45 days.

Children

SnapUpBargains is intended for adults and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
